Cannabis has been decriminalized in Grenada, but decriminalized is not the same as fully legal. There are specific rules about what you CAN and CANNOT do.
What you CAN do: possession of small amounts, growing a limited number of plants at home, private use.
What you CANNOT do: use in public places, drive under the influence, sell without a license.
